Frequently asked questions
Welcome to our FAQ.
We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Is it compatible with my iPhone/Android?
Yes. MAG7 works with any device by cable: iPhone, Android, earbuds, tablets, handheld consoles and more. It has 4 built-in cables (USB-C, Lightning, Micro-USB and USB-A). 15 W magnetic wireless charging works with phones that support wireless charging (with the adhesive ring included in the box if your phone has no magnets). You can check your phone in “CHECK COMPATIBILITY” in the menu.
Can I charge several devices at once?
Yes, you can charge up to 7+ devices at the same time (4 by cable + 1 wirelessly + ports for cables).
How many times can it charge my phone?
Between 1.5 and 2.5 full charges by cable, depending on your phone’s battery (an iPhone 16 ≈ 1.8; a Galaxy S25 ≈ 1.6). A little less wirelessly.
Does it really charge fast?
Yes, MAG7 offers 22.5 W fast charging by cable and 15 W wireless, much faster than regular battery packs that take hours.
How long does MAG7 itself take to recharge?
About 1.5–2 hours to 100% using a USB-C fast charger.
Is it heavy or awkward to carry?
No, it weighs 240 g (8.5 oz) and fits in any pocket or bag.
How is it different from other battery packs on Amazon?
Most are low-quality generic brands with a real capacity far below what they advertise, and some can even be unsafe. MAG7 is designed with real specs, clear instructions and a 3-year official warranty.
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
You have 30 days to return it, hassle-free, and get your money back.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Spain with free tracking. You will see the delivery estimate for your address at checkout.

PayPal — fast payment with buyer protection.
Apple Pay / Google Pay — 1-click payment from your phone (when your device supports it).
